Anne Jackson “Skerplugata” has a rhythmic, and mysterious beat that is jaw-dropping (yes, my jaw dropped). It is rare and nice to hear electronic music infused with some groove, as I am a sucker for that kind of sound. It is a “feel good” track that I will have on loop for quite some time. This album is taken from the CDr I gave to the late great artist Biogen. I was hoping he would like it so I could play live at his co-hosted event Weirdcore. Few days later he messaged me "we are from the same planet" and booked me to play and also told me he had few ideas. Those ideas ended up in two releases Yellow Smile Girl and Acid Hverfisgata which came out under the Weirdcore umbrella. For the next few years we were always hanging out and he helped me massively to believe in myself and my music. He passed away in 2011 and I miss him every day.

All tracks on this album have been released before.

Yellow and Hrafn came out on Yellow Smile Girl (label: Weirdcore) and I change the names of the tracks before the release (I decided to go with original track names here). Clouds, Skerplugata and Feel released on Hugspretta (label: Negativ Notion). Bosnía released on Acid Hverfisgata (label: Weirdcore). Draugahús released on MOA097 (label: Móatún 7). Hálendið released on compilation EYEWITNESS 005 PUBLIC SENSORY (label: Eyewitness Inc.). Dreamgirl released on Sæfari (label: Negativ Notion). Bjarni released on Fjall (label: Lagaffe Tales). Krossadalur released on compilation Touched 3 (label: Touched Music).

Tracks are written on various gear in the years 2004 - 2008. Some have been edited again, like the tracks from Hugspretta and the track Draugahús. On the CDr Biogen received there were more tracks, some were included on Hugspretta but two are just not tracks I saw fit on this album. Maybe future release for those, if I feel like it. Sometimes I don't even like them at all. But some days I do.

I have opened up about the state I have been in the past few months and I have been through some tough times. I know each and one of you all have your own problems, but this is the first time I'm seeking help and being honest. The trauma of losing my parents when I was young - I have never dealt with that pain and anger. Always hidden it deep down. Now 20 years later - and after many stuff that has also been going on in my personal life - I just felt numb. Afraid. Anxious. And I have been going UP and DOWN for the last few months and then all of a sudden I'm standing in the bottom of my emotions. And I had a choice: either do something now and get my health back and seek help from the medical team here. Or do nothing and eventually just give up. Lose faith. Lose hope. But I'm not going to do that - I'm getting help. That's why on this page there are a lot of extra copies for sale from myself (Futuregrapher) and from my labels Móatún 7 and Intellitronic Bubble and my former label Möller Records. I need funding for the next chapter of my life. If you can - thank you so much. If you can't - you did in spirit. Thank you all for your messages and love. I will never forget that. Or you.
